Dallas, TX client is looking for a Functional Project Manager with Peoplesoft HRIS software experience.
Successful candidate will represent the organization as a subject matter expert in both Human Resources and Talent Management processes and systems. Analyze company needs to design systems’ specifications for the Global HRIS system, later relying on those specifications in vendor selection and system configuration. Implements specially designed human resources information systems and related policies and procedures designed to obtain, record and process employee information. Recommends, implements and plans for improvements. Combines global Human Resources experiences with enterprise system knowledge to provide consultation on complex technical issues. Given general supervisory direction, incumbent will identify, define and recommend Global HR Technology to meet long-range Global IT goals.
Work as lead consultant providing technical leadership for an information technology division or inter-division group focused on organizational and enterprise objectives. Works directly with senior management to solve complex technical problems related to specific business issues. Work under extreme task loads with full understanding of client business organization, practices and requirements.
Candidate must have 3+ years of Peoplesoft HR experience.
