Installing PeopleSoft Today

I'm going to do a PeopleSoft Install today.  It'll be PeopleTools 8.48, Financials 8.9 on SQL Server 2005 and Windows 2003 to a server in the Amazon cloud. I know these are old versions but I need a machine that matches a client's current state config, and the installation basics haven't changed that much anyway.

I set up a Go To meeting that you can join if you'd like to "look over my shoulder" and ask questions.  Feel free to drop in and out as you get time.  I'll record it for posterity in case you miss it.

Connection info is:

1.  Please join my meeting.

2.  Use your microphone and speakers (VoIP) - a headset is recommended.  Or, call in using your telephone.

Audio PIN: Shown after joining the meeting

A big thanks to everyone who participated today. We installed the software and created the database. I'll finish up the installation by configuring the application server, web server and process scheduler and publish the recordings.

No ETA at this time. Hopefully in the next week or two. I ended up with over 8 hours of video. I've been trying to break it up into at least 3 big sections to make it a little more useful but Windows Movie Maker is letting me down. Anybody have a Mac I can borrow?!
