AI Lunch & Learn

Fifty minutes. One real problem.
A room full of people figuring it out together.

A practical, drop-in series built around problems you're already dealing with at work. Each session is standalone, use-case first, and grounded in the kind of peer discussion that actually changes how people work. No prerequisites. No sequence to follow. Just show up.

What It Is

The session where you actually do the thing — not just hear about it

Here's what most people won't say out loud: they've tried AI a few times, gotten mixed results, and quietly gone back to the old way. Lunch & Learn is for those people. Every other week, we take one real work problem — summarizing a messy meeting, making sense of a spreadsheet, writing something that doesn't sound like a robot — and work through it together.

Sessions are standalone. Drop in to any one without having attended the others. The format is informal but structured — you'll know exactly what you're learning and why, but it'll feel more like a working lunch than a classroom.

Each session includes

~50 minutes, every other week

  • A real work problem to focus on — not a lecture
  • A live demo you can follow along with
  • Hands-on practice in the room, not as homework
  • Peer discussion built into the session
  • A concrete takeaway to try at work this week

Who It's For

Two ways in, depending on what you need

For You

You want practical reps, not another AI lecture

You've tried AI, the results have been uneven, and you want a better feel for what actually works in real work. Lunch & Learn gives you a low-pressure place to practice with other people doing the same thing.

For Your Team

You need a smart first move before a bigger training bet

If your team needs shared language, safer habits, and a better sense of who wants to go deeper, Lunch & Learn is the easiest way to build momentum before you commit to a full rollout.

What We Cover

Real problems you're already dealing with at work

Every session starts with a specific challenge — the kind of thing that makes you think “there has to be a better way to do this.” We work through it together, in the room, with AI.

Sessions tackle problems like:

  • Figuring out when AI actually helps — and when it'll slow you down
  • Getting useful output instead of generic fluff
  • Making sense of messy data without being a spreadsheet wizard
  • Knowing what's safe to share with AI tools — and what isn't
  • Turning meeting notes and rough drafts into polished deliverables
  • Spotting when AI is confidently wrong before it costs you

Topics rotate and new sessions are added quarterly.

How It Works

Show up. Try something. Take it back to work.

01

Drop in to any session

Sessions are standalone. No sequence, no prerequisites. Pick the topic that sounds useful and show up.

02

Work a real problem

Every session starts with a specific work challenge. You follow a guided workflow and try it yourself — in the room, not as homework.

03

Learn from the room

Peer discussion is built in, not bolted on. Hearing how other people approach the same problem is half the value.

04

Leave with something to use this week

Every session ends with a concrete takeaway, a guardrail to keep in mind, and a try-this-this-week challenge.

Find a Group

Ongoing Lunch & Learn groups, with the details people actually need

See which groups are active, who facilitates them, when they meet, where they gather, and what topic is coming up next. The goal is simple: help people find the right room and know what to expect before they show up.

Upcoming Session

AI for Research and Decision Support

Wed, Apr 22

Competitive analysis, vendor comparisons, compliance landscapes, market trends — you already piece together information from multiple sources to make real decisions. But gathering and synthesizing that information is one of the most time-consuming parts of the job. What if you could hand the legwork to AI and get a structured, source-rich briefing in minutes instead of hours? In this session, we'll show you exactly how to use deep research tools and structured research prompts so you can see what AI synthesis actually looks like when it's done well.

For Organizations

The smartest first move is usually the smallest one

Waiting for everyone to figure AI out on their own doesn't work. And rolling out a full training program before you know what your team actually needs? That's expensive guessing. An internal Lunch & Learn series builds real momentum — shared language, reduced fear, and a clear picture of who wants to go deeper — before you commit to anything bigger.
