Current State Assessment

AI initiatives fail for predictable reasons: tools deployed before people are ready, no baseline to measure progress against, and adoption plans built on assumptions instead of evidence. A Current State Assessment gives you the foundation to get it right.

We evaluate your organization across five dimensions:

• Tool inventory — What AI tools do your people have access to? What's actually in use vs. licensed and ignored?
• Skill distribution — Where does AI capability exist today, and where are the critical gaps?
• Workflow fit — Which roles and processes have the highest AI leverage? Where is adoption most urgent?
• Policy and governance — Do you have guidelines in place for appropriate AI use, or are people making it up as they go?
• Organizational readiness — Is leadership aligned? Do managers have the vocabulary to support their teams?

The deliverable is a written assessment report with a prioritized readiness scorecard and a recommended adoption roadmap — including which training tracks are right for which roles.
