The AI tools market is crowded, fast-moving, and full of demos that look better than the reality. Most organizations end up selecting a platform based on vendor relationships, pricing, or what a peer company chose — not a rigorous fit assessment for their specific workflows and workforce.

We help you evaluate AI tools against what actually matters:

• Use case alignment — Does this tool address your highest-leverage workflows, or does it require you to change how your team works to accommodate the software?
• Adoption complexity — Some tools are powerful but steep to learn. We assess realistic time-to-productivity curves for your user population.
• Integration fit — How does this tool connect to the platforms your team already lives in (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Salesforce, etc.)?
• Governance and compliance — What are the data handling and privacy implications? Does this create risk your legal or IT teams need to evaluate?
• Total cost of adoption — License cost is only part of the picture. We factor in training lift, admin overhead, and change management requirements.

We have experience across the major platforms — Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, and category-specific tools — and we don't have preferred vendor relationships that would bias our recommendations.
